  Frequency: The word is one of the 700 most common words in English. Note: 'She' is a third person singular pronoun. 'She' is used as the subject of a verb. 1. You use she to refer to a woman, girl, or female animal who has already been mentioned or whose identity is clear. When Ann arrived home that night, she found Brian in the house watching TV...
